TN32×50 Twin-Rod Pneumatic Cylinder – 32mm Bore × 50mm Stroke – Double Acting
The TN32×50 Twin-Rod Pneumatic Cylinder is a compact, heavy-duty double-acting pneumatic actuator designed for stable, accurate and repeatable linear movement in industrial automation, packaging machinery, positioning equipment, clamping systems and material-handling applications.
Featuring a 32 mm bore and 50 mm stroke, the TN32×50 incorporates two Ø16 mm guide rods to provide excellent rigidity and resistance to rotation. The twin-rod construction helps keep the moving plate aligned throughout the stroke, making the cylinder suitable for applications where conventional single-rod cylinders may allow unwanted rotation.
The cylinder uses compressed air for both extension and retraction and provides approximately 56 kgf theoretical thrust at 0.5 MPa.

Double-Acting Operation
The TN32×50 uses two pneumatic air ports to control movement in both directions.
Compressed air supplied to one port causes the actuator to extend, while compressed air supplied to the opposite port causes it to retract.
A suitable pneumatic directional or solenoid valve can be used for control. Flow-control fittings may also be installed to regulate extension and retraction speed.
Installation Recommendations
Use clean, filtered compressed air and suitable pressure-rated pneumatic tubing and fittings. Ensure the cylinder is correctly aligned with the moving load to minimise unnecessary side loading.
