Product Description
The TN32×100 Twin-Rod Pneumatic Cylinder is a compact, heavy-duty double-acting pneumatic actuator designed for precise, stable and repeatable linear movement in industrial automation, packaging equipment, positioning systems, clamping machinery and material-handling applications.
Featuring a 32 mm bore and 100 mm stroke, the TN32×100 uses two Ø16 mm guide rods to provide excellent rigidity and resistance to rotation. The twin-rod construction helps maintain alignment of the moving plate throughout the full 100 mm stroke, making it suitable for applications where conventional single-rod cylinders may allow unwanted rotational movement.
The cylinder operates using compressed air for both extension and retraction and provides approximately 56 kgf theoretical thrust at 0.5 MPa.

Double-Acting Operation
The TN32×100 uses two pneumatic ports to control movement in both directions.
Compressed air supplied to one port causes the actuator to extend, while air supplied to the opposite port causes it to retract.
A suitable directional or solenoid valve can be used to control operation. Flow-control fittings may also be installed to adjust extension and retraction speed.
Installation Recommendations
Use clean, filtered compressed air and correctly sized pneumatic tubing and fittings. Ensure the cylinder is properly aligned with the moving load and avoid excessive side loading.
