TN25×50 Twin-Rod Pneumatic Cylinder – 25mm Bore × 50mm Stroke – Double Acting
The TN25×50 Twin-Rod Pneumatic Cylinder is a compact double-acting pneumatic actuator designed for precise, stable and repeatable linear movement in industrial automation, packaging machinery, positioning systems, clamping equipment and assembly applications.
Featuring a 25 mm bore and 50 mm stroke, the TN25×50 uses two Ø12 mm guide rods to provide high rigidity and improved resistance to rotation. The twin-rod construction helps maintain alignment of the moving plate throughout the stroke, making it suitable for applications requiring controlled positioning and good load stability.
Compressed air controls both extension and retraction, providing positive movement in both directions.

Double-Acting Operation
The TN25×50 uses two pneumatic ports. Compressed air supplied to one port causes the actuator to extend, while air supplied to the opposite port causes it to retract.
A suitable pneumatic directional or solenoid valve can be used to control operation. Flow-control fittings may also be installed to regulate extension and retraction speed.
Installation Notes
Use clean, filtered compressed air with correctly sized pneumatic fittings and tubing. Keep the actuator properly aligned with the moving load and avoid excessive side loading.
Note: The fixed cross-sectional dimensions, threads and port details are based on the supplied TN25×20 reference. The TN25×50 length-related dimensions should be verified on the actual product before fabrication or permanent installation.
