TN20×50 Twin-Rod Pneumatic Cylinder – 20mm Bore × 50mm Stroke – Double Acting
The TN20×50 Twin-Rod Pneumatic Cylinder is a compact double-acting pneumatic actuator designed for accurate and stable linear movement in industrial automation, packaging machinery, positioning systems, clamping equipment and assembly applications.
Featuring a 20 mm bore and 50 mm stroke, the TN20×50 uses two Ø10 mm guide rods to provide increased rigidity and resistance to rotation. The twin-rod construction helps maintain accurate alignment of the moving plate and provides stable, repeatable movement throughout the 50 mm stroke.
The cylinder is operated using compressed air for both extension and retraction, making it suitable for controlled pushing, pulling, positioning and clamping movements.

Double-Acting Operation
The TN20×50 uses two pneumatic ports to control movement in both directions. Compressed air supplied to one port causes the actuator to extend, while air supplied to the opposite port causes it to retract.
A suitable pneumatic directional or solenoid valve can be used for control. Flow-control fittings can also be installed to regulate extension and retraction speed.
Note: The general dimensions and thread sizes above follow the same TN20-series configuration as the supplied TN20×20 reference. Critical overall and body-length dimensions should be verified on the actual TN20×50 product before fabrication or permanent installation.
