Double-Acting Operation
The SC40×300 has two pneumatic ports. Compressed air supplied to one side of the piston causes the piston rod to extend, while supplying air to the opposite side causes the rod to retract.
A suitable directional or solenoid valve can be used to control cylinder movement, while flow-control valves can be installed to regulate extension and retraction speed.
