Double-Acting Operation
The SC100×100 has two pneumatic air ports. Compressed air supplied to one side of the piston causes the rod to extend, while air supplied to the opposite side causes it to retract.
A suitable directional or solenoid valve can be used to control movement, with flow-control valves fitted where speed adjustment is required.
Installation Notes
Use clean, filtered compressed air and suitable pressure-rated pneumatic tubing and fittings. Ensure the cylinder is correctly aligned with the load and avoid excessive side loading on the piston rod.
